The terms on which these pages are read

This page states how Naira Gold Gram is measured, who is responsible for it, how the desk earns, and what a reader should expect before relying on a figure. It is not a marketing page and it carries no promises. It is the page a reader should read before deciding how much weight to place on any number published here.

What the desk does and does not do

The desk measures one thing: the Nigerian naira price of a gram of gold, taken from named public sources and republished with the date and the hour it was read. It is not a broker, not an exchange, and not a licensed adviser. It holds no client money, accepts no orders, and cannot buy or sell gold for anyone. A reader who wants to act on a figure must take that action elsewhere, at their own cost and risk.

Because there is no Nigerian gold fixing, every figure on this site is the world gold price multiplied by a naira rate. Official columns use the CBN NFEM rate; street columns use the Lagos street sell rate. Karats are the 24 karat gram times the karat over twenty-four. This is a mechanical calculation, not a market opinion. The desk does not adjust the result except to correct an arithmetic or source error.

Where the figures come from

The sources are named under every table, with a link, so a reader can check the figure at its publisher. The desk reads the world gold price and the naira rate from those sources, then multiplies them. It does not survey dealers, does not ask for quotes, and does not create a price of its own. If a source changes what it publishes, the figure changes because the source changed, not because the desk decided to change it.

A figure that is wrong is corrected and the correction is dated. Corrections are the reason the contact address exists. Writing to editor@nairagoldgramng.pages.dev reaches the desk. The desk reads what is sent, but it cannot answer questions about whether a reader should buy or sell, and it cannot interpret a figure beyond what the table already states.

How the desk earns

The site links to one broker, FxPro, through an affiliate link. If a reader opens an account there, the desk is paid a commission. The reader pays nothing to this site and nothing extra at the broker. This is the only commercial relationship the site has. No other company, product, or service pays to appear here, and the desk does not accept payment to alter a figure or to recommend anything.

The affiliate relationship is stated on the page about the publisher and on this page, in its own paragraph, because a reader has a right to know when a link can earn money. Following the broker link leaves this site. The broker's own site is operated by someone else, under its own terms and its own privacy policy. The desk has no control over what happens after a reader leaves.

What the site collects and what it cannot promise

The site has no accounts, no login, no newsletter, and no comment form. It sets no cookie of its own, runs no analytics, and stores nothing in the reader's browser. The pages are served by a hosting provider which, like any web host, keeps its own technical request logs. The site's publisher does not read a reader's personal data out of those logs. There is no advertising network and no third-party tracking script on this site.

Nothing on the site is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer. The figures describe what things cost, not what a reader should do. The desk cannot promise that a figure will be useful for any particular purpose, that a source will remain available, or that a rate will stay the same after it is published. The reader decides alone and is responsible for their own decision.
